Good start – I was really excited to listen to music while swimming. The sound quality is not the best, but I understand that underwater audio is a bit different. When I’m not swimming, I definitely prefer my Bose headphones.
The biggest downside was that the silicone developed a tear in less than three weeks of use. I store them carefully and only use them for swimming.
When I contacted the support team, this was their response:
"Hello, thank you for your email. Because the outer layer is made of soft silicone, it should not be stored in a dry place exposed to direct sunlight. However, cracking the outer layer of soft silicone will not affect the overall waterproofness of the earphones. Please feel free to use them. Thank you very much! Have a nice day!"
In my opinion, when a company takes responsibility for its products, they should offer an exchange or a refund when the item is returned. Instead, I was told I could keep using it and just hope no further silicone damage don't occurs. 🙏
Would have given it 5 stars if it has more base ... otherwise it is a good product
The only thing that could make them even better would be the battery life and the bass quality but I understand there are some physical limitations to it. Still, its the best thing I bought this year.
Finalmente ho trovato un prodotto adatto ai miei padiglioni. Lo uso per correre anche con ritmi abbastanza sostenuti e non si muovono minimamente ottimo acquisto
