FOR ORDERS PURCHASED ON OUR WEBSITE:
Currently, all warranty claims and return requests are officially handled via email so that proper documentation can be retained. Please note that all warranty claim requests and return requests will be subject to review by our team. Additional information may be required in order to approve or deny your request.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICIES & PROCEDURES:
Naenka offers a 45-DAY period on returns and exchanges from your date of purchase (or shipping date for pre-order items). We currently only accept returns and exchanges for items purchased via our website. To ensure we approve your return/exchange request, please make sure the headphones are in new or good condition and have not been damaged due to use or negligence. We will request that you return the headphones with all included accessories and in its original packaging.

Initiating a Return or exchange
To begin a return or exchange request, please fill out this form with the following information to our after-sales service team service@naenka.com

In 45-DAY period on returns and exchanges, for products without defects, the shipping cost of the return shall be borne by the buyer, for defective products, we will refund to the customer or resend a new product, the customer does not need to return the defective product, and the cost of reissuing the product is borne by Naenka. In addition, return and exchange buyers do not need to bear the processing fee.
If your return/exchange request is approved, we will send you return shipping information via email, to be printed and affixed to your return package. Shipping out your exchange item and/or any refund will not be initiated until we have received and checked the item at our designated facility. And that it can take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

WARRANTY POLICIES & PROCEDURES:
Naenka headphones limited warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use, for a period of up to 1 YEAR from your original purchase date. We reserve the right to troubleshoot and diagnose any defects before approving a replacement. And in some cases, we may require you to return the defective headset to our designated facility to assess your claim, and the customer will bear the shipping costs. Naenka will cover the cost of sending any replacement items back to you.

All items we ship have successfully passed our rigorous Quality Control inspections. Our warranties ensure you have a fantastic experience while giving you total peace of mind. Most items sold by Naenka are covered by the following comprehensive product warranty. Other situations not covered by our warranty, please check our Warranty Exemptions and Notes below.

NOT ALL PRODUCTS SUPPORT RETURN:
Only purchases made directly from official store -- www.naenka.com can be applied to this policy while the items purchased from other retailers excluded.
International parcels take a long time to transport, and collisions may occur during transportation, or inappropriate sorting methods may cause damage to the outer packaging, which does not affect the experience of using the products in the packaging. Hope you know this before placing an order.
